Jennifer Ayad joined our team as a Realtor associate. Jennifer grew up in Los Angeles and has had a very successful career in property management for over 14 years. A native from Northern California Ginger has made Southern California her home since 2002. She grew up with a passion for acting and has always loved the theatre. In 2008 she was part of a group of actors, writers, and all types of artist, that started the non profit Mutineer Theatre Company.

Ginger has been in Real Estate for the past 2 years. In 2017 she joined the well known Vopei-Gussow Real Estate Team. Ginger is thrilled to be a part of such a strong reputable team. She loves working with all types of buyers and especially first time homebuyers. She says it is such a joy to help first time homebuyers navigate this tricky and competitive market. To make her clients feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way.

Chrissy was born and raised in Burbank. Her intimate knowledge of the San Fernando Valley and beyond, along with the experience of having lived in the area for all of her life, give her the insight and enthusiasm to help clients make her beloved home their home. She and her husband, a sought-after video playback operator for film and television, are the parents of two sons who attend John Burroughs High School and Luther Burbank Middle School in Burbank. She’s an avid hiker in the Verdugo Hills and cheers (loudly) for her sons’ baseball teams.

Leeron joined our team in 2020 as our team’s Marketing Director. She creates custom marketing materials for our listing such as; brochures, property website, and virtual tours, as well as keeping our followers engaged through social media, monthly newsletter, and our community calendar. Leeron grew up in the San Fernando Valley and comes from a background working in Entertainment PR, non-profit management, and education. Leeron and her family moved to Burbank in 2012 and she has become an active part of the community. She is thrilled to join the Volpei Gussow team and learn about Real Estate from the best!
